Dependencies​

  • Items and locations exist.
  • Prefer GRN/stocktake flows for formal receipts/counts.

Steps​

  1. Open Movements at /finance/stores/movements as FINANCE.
  2. Search movements. Filter by type IN / OUT / TRANSFER / ADJUST when available.
  3. Investigate unexpected ADJUST rows with the storekeeper.
  4. Post formal receipts via Goods receipts and counts via Stocktakes.
  5. Export for audit when required.
