Steps​

  1. Open Store items at /finance/stores/items as FINANCE or ADMIN.
  2. Confirm the heading Store items (SKU catalogue).
  3. Click Add item to create SKU, name, category, UoM, reorder level, and unit cost.
  4. Use Filters and Configure columns to match store office work.
  5. After items exist, use Locations, Movements, Purchase orders, Goods receipts (GRN), and Stocktake screens for stock flow.
  6. Mobile: toolbar may wrap; open Filters before looking for missing columns.

  • Duplicate SKU
  • No reorder level so low stock never alerts
