• Empty state means the office has not linked learners yet.

Steps

1. Open Parent portal at /parent as PARENT.
2. Choose Child when multiple learners are linked.
3. Use View fee statement, View results, Attendance, or School messages.
4. Update phone under Profile if contacts changed.
5. If No linked students yet, contact the school office.
