Steps​

  1. Open Medicine Store at /health/medicine-store as NURSE.
  2. Review KPIs: Total, Low stock, Out of stock, Expiring soon.
  3. Add medicine or Edit medicine: Name, Category, Unit, Manufacturer, Stock qty, Reorder level, Unit cost, Expiry, Location, Notes, then Update medicine.
  4. Watch Status Out / Low / Expiring / OK.
  5. Restock before campaigns or busy clinic days.

Fields and actions​

  • KPIs: Total, Low stock, Out of stock, Expiring soon
  • Add medicine / Edit medicine / Update medicine
  • Name, Category, Unit, Manufacturer, Stock qty, Reorder level, Unit cost, Expiry, Location, Notes

Common mistakes​

  • Reorder level 0 so Low stock never alerts
  • Ignoring Expiring soon
  • Duplicate medicine names without strength/unit
