Steps

1. Open Dispense at /health/dispense as NURSE.
2. Click Dispense. Select Student, Medicine, Quantity, Instructions, Notes, then confirm.
3. Review Recent dispenses (When, Student, Medicine, Qty, Instructions).
4. Open Medicine store if the medicine is missing or stock is low.
5. Do not dispense more than available quantity.
