Terms of use

These terms are a draft for using the E-School platform. Binding terms will be published before commercial launch for schools in Uganda.

Service

E-School is SaaS software for school operations (attendance, gradebook, UGX fee workflows, library, clinic, and role-based portals). The trial period may be limited in time and features. Online Pay Now is a roadmap item and is not part of the current product. Office broadcasts use school email (HTML) via SMTP.

Account and responsibility

You agree to provide accurate registration details, protect account credentials, and respect the rights of people whose data you enter into the system (staff, students, guardians, and parents).

Fees and currency

After the trial, paid plans require an active subscription. SaaS plan prices are listed in UGX on the Pricing page (per term or academic year).
