Privacy policy

This page is a working draft of the E-School privacy notice for schools in Uganda. A binding legal document will be published before commercial launch.

Data controller

The platform operator of E-School is the controller of personal data processed to provide the SaaS service. Privacy contact: privacy@eschool.local.

What we process

We process data needed to run the school management service (accounts, organisation, school records you enter, security logs) and - with consent - optional marketing or analytics cookies on this marketing site.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing where applicable under Uganda’s Data Protection and Privacy Act and related guidance from the Personal Data Protection Office (PDPO). You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
